We accept return within 30 days after package delivered, the goods must be new and no used.

Please do contact us within 30 days from the delivery date, if you need to return the product. 

We'll need to know the reason for returning the product.

Pictures will be needed if the reason for return is damaged / defective product.

For this reason, we'll provide return shipping label for free.

Other reasons, buyer needs to bear the cost for return. Such as, I don't like the product. I don't need it anymore and I bought wrong model. The goods will be shipped back one of warehouse below:

Please do let us know the tracking number once package shipped out for return.

Refund will be sent to where it came from, after we receive and check the returned product.
